He previously worked in a brokerage in his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he specialized in the sale of land for commercial and residential development as well as representing private investors and investment groups seeking multi-family and commercial investment properties in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. While in Philadelphia, Logan was also a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties.
