David Denman, a graduate of Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, is a native of Canada and has lived in Harrisonburg for 28 years. David is a specialist in the sale of industrial properties and commercial leasing.

In 2003, David retired from Kawneer Company, Inc. (An Alcoa Company) after a successful 25-year career. For the last 20 years at Kawneer, David was responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Kawneer architectural aluminum products in the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe in which capacity he negotiated over $100,000,000 in sales in over 20 different countries.
