Jason, a MBA graduate of Owen Management School at Vanderbilt University, is a native of South Korea and has lived in Nashville, TN for the past 8 years before coming to Harrisonburg this past summer of 2009. Jason is a specialist in the sale of multifamily and apartment complexes. Prior to real estate, he worked for LG Electronics Co. as a finance and marketing manager for 10 year in Seoul, Korea and Huntsville, AL. Jason’s analytical skills in finance and expertise in marketing field maximizes value for Cottonwood and clients. Jason is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Jason currently lives in Harrisonburg with his wife Shin Ji, a teacher at JMU, and their 9 year old son, Kang Min. His family is a member of Harrisonburg Mennonite Church.
Jason graduated from Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea) in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jason graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2003.
