Ken has been working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1970. Ken worked 4 years at Dunham Bush before he went into real estate full time in 1969. Ken later formed Kline Realty in 1970. He then sold the real estate business to Keith May in the 90's and continued as a full time commercial salesman specializing in the sales of commercial lots, commercial tracts, commercial buildings, and development land for housing and apartment complexes. Ken has been recognized as the top commercial salesman many times by the Harrisonburg Board of Realtors and he continues to work with his long time commercial clientele.
Ken specializes in all commercial real estate property types, from small lease options to 100+ acre development tracts. Some of Ken's transactions over the years include: Sale of locations in Harrisonburg, Rockingham, and Augusta County land lots for 4 Food Lion strip centers, Dukes Plaza in Harrisonburg, 3 Sheetz locations, Burger Kings, Grand Piano, Liberty Stations, and Numerous student housing complexes, strip centers, and housing developments, a 214,000 SF Industrial Building in Augusta County, and 94 Acres Industrial Land in Rockingham County/Harrisonburg City.
Ken graduated from Bridgewater College in 1959 with a degree in Business and Economics.
