Timothy Peters has been with the company since 2006 focusing on commercial building and land sales in the Shenandoah valley. He has consulted with numerous buyers and sellers to help them accomplish their goals in commercial real estate. Timothy recognizes the need for creativity both in marketing and in structuring deals and has an aptitude for thinking “outside the box” that contributes to his success. Timothy, a native of Virginia, graduated from James Madison University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He lives in the Augusta County with his wife and their three children. Timothy serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for a local classical school, he is active in his church and enjoys hobby-farming with his family. Some of Timothy’s transactions include: retail corner in Harrisonburg, 10,000 SF office building, Medical office building, 2 acres of commercial land, restaurant, commercial lot for a bank, convenience store, auto repair shop, 28,000 SF warehouse/office.
