Tim joined Cottonwood after nine years in economic development in the Shenandoah Valley where he worked with commercial, industrial, and residential sector clients in all aspects of representation including site selection, demographic study, financing, and marketing assistance. Tim’s experience has been complemented by formal training at the Appraisal Institute in property valuation and Florida State University’s Master Program in Real Estate Finance and Analysis. At Cottonwood, Tim will be drawing on past experience by specializing in income property, industrial site selection, and small business development. Tim is a native of Broadway and currently lives in Harrisonburg with his wife Andrea.
