
Tim Reamer joined Cottonwood after nine years in economic development in the Shenandoah Valley. With more than a decade of experience and training in site selection, demographic study, market analysis, finance and investment analysis, Tim brings a comprehensive and methodical approach to commercial real estate brokerage. He specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation, net lease investments and retail development. He has introduced dozens of new retailers to the market, assisted in the development and redevelopment efforts of several new large scale projects, and advises clients and companies of all sizes in the Harrisonburg metro area and I-81 corridor. Tim regularly works with national clients such as Realty Income (NYSE: O), Macerich (NYSE: MAC), Dunkin’ Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Pizza Hut, Bojangles and Buffalo Wild Wings as well as regional companies including Adams & Garth, City National Bank, MC Dean and Cook-Out. Tim has completed formal training at the Appraisal Institute in property valuation and Florida State University’s Master's Program for Real Estate Finance and Analysis. He is a candidate for CCIM designation, an active member of ICSC, serves on several local boards, and is a past President of the Rotary Club of Harrisonburg Massanutten.
