The H.M. Duval West Tract is 303 acres located just East of Scottsville, VA on Old Driver Hill Road (Rt. 675). This tract lays hilly with several creeks flowing through it and a good internal road system to access most the property. The timber consists of 154.5 acres of 2022 and 2023 Loblolly pine planted, and 133.44 acres of 1940s Hardwoods. The H.M.
